Atomic al-Qaida

You all remember it. Some with dread, some with a morbid facination. Some very few with fondness. For many it's the last thing you remember.

It is, off course, the carribbean drink al-Qaida. And it's coming back! At this very moment it is sitting in my window, ripening... Every day takes it closer to being ready. Soon it will strike. At a party near you. There is no defence. There is no getting away. And considering the amount of chili in there it promises to be something very near it's original carribbean potency...

Due to it's strong...flavour...I have been forced by the department of health to attach the following lables. But pay them no mind, you know how over protective goverments are...

Poison.

Can give long lasting or life threatening damages if inhaled, drunk or when in direct contact with skin.

Corrosive.

Can cause wounds on skin and serious damage to throat and eyes.

Flammable.

Product is highly flammable and should be kept at safe distance to open flames or intense heat.

Sooo... bottoms up!

The furure of football. Today.

The Euro Under 21 championship is underway at the moment in sweden. So Legion sent one of their sports writers to the Germany-Spain game to check out what the future holds.

And it seems it holds more of the same...

Spain showed us how to play pretty football in midfield and dominate possession without creating any chances.

Germany showed us how to get shots on goal and create dangerous attacks without having any possession at all in midfield.

Noone showed us how to score goals.

Good thing that Sweden came along and showed us some superb finishing by demolishing Belarus with five goals to one then. A special thank you to Berg who scored three goals.

He's the future star of swedish football, and he need to be if he is to make up for his dark past as a player for IFK Göteborg, aka DSS.

And now for something completely different...

I don't know if you've seen it before but the concept was new to me at least. And I thought it was so much fun that I'll post it here for all you Bonnie Tyler fans to enjoy.

The concept is: Take a musicvideo and sing exactly what happens in the video to the musik of the original song. Sounds dull? It's not.

ROCK AND ROLL AIN'T NOISE POLLUTION

Nightshift again. Starting to discover a patterna to when I write here on the blog...

Anyway, it's night and between running all over the hospital we have a few spare moments of rest. Time to rock! Guitar Hero - Metallica is the cure for all things annoying and irritating tonight.

Or rather it should be. But after trying a few of the harder songs I feel more inclined to use the guitar for that which all rock guitars were made for.

Illustrated below by Joe Strummer of The Clash...

Thats what you get for taking the lords name in vein!

The words Command and conquer are only to be used in its ORIGINAL use or in similar activites.

On a side not i must say that after the game i looked in a coupple of forums both Gais and blåvitt ones, and the amount of morons that choose to express their feelings never stops to amaze me, that goes for fans from both sides!

Derby Classico - 6 days

For the first time before the derby I felt some nerve today. I was watching a YouTube video of Gårdakvarnar och skit and got that anxious restless feeling you get before a big game. We still have Örebro to play before the derby but, important though that game is, I still look towards the derby as the next big thing.

So I thought I'd do a little countdown here on the blog. Today is dedicated to Hédinsson and his winning goal from the last derby. It's unlikely that he will play this time around but I for one would not regret seeing him come on to score yet another winning derby-goal.

I know some readers of the blog, and writers even, support another team. But that's their problem.
Because "here we go, we go! We got the champagne on ice! 'Cause here comes our GAIS! Here we go, we go!"

No sleep for the wicked. Nor for me.

Another night shift. Fools all around. It's late, too late for normal thought.

Things done to stay awake so far:
  • List hot tattooed women (came up with two or three)
  • watch Miami Ink (sort of led to the previous one)
  • Listen to rock radio (better at night, they acctually play some rock!)
  • Read biker magazines (well checked the pictures)
  • Read wow-comics
  • Work (well it's unavoidable I guess)
  • Drink energy drinks and eat unhealthy amounts of sugar in different forms
And last but not least:
  • Write nonsense blog entry
But hey, nothing is for nothing. At least I have managed to waste a minute of your day/night as well. To make up for it I will post proof that face tattoos can indeed be hot:
KAT VON D

You're very welcome fuckers!
